This product is a chicken cage designed for chicks. The brooding and rearing period is reasonably designed in one cage, ranging from one day to 7-13 weeks, laying the foundation for the subsequent laying hen cage rearing period; the brooding and rearing period is the most critical period in the life of a chicken. During this stage, the chicks need to be carefully raised to improve the uniformity of their weight and reduce mortality. 1. Brooding cage:
It is made of galvanized adjusting plate and can be raised and lowered as a whole.
The cage is standard 1.2*1.2 meters, with a partition in the middle and an encrypted bottom net.
The brooding and rearing periods can be reasonably raised in one cage.
2. Feeding trough:
Made of standard 275g hot-dip galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm.
The galvanized trough can be stepped on and operated, making it easy to observe the
status of the chickens, observe the chicken position and do epidemic prevention.
3. Feeding:
Each row of dragon houses is equipped with one feeding equipment. The equipment is
reciprocally fed by operating the control cabinet.
Each layer of the feeder is equipped with a leveler, which can adjust the amount of material.
4. Water line:
Each water line can be adjusted up and down to meet the problem of different drinking
heights for chickens of different growth sizes in different cages.
5. Lighting:
Use 48-volt LED lighting, which is waterproof and safer, and the illumination is more uniform.
6.Manure cleaning machine:
Linked with the manure cleaning belt under each cage, the equipment automatically cleans
the manure outdoors by operating the control cabinet. Can be turned on or off at the same time.
7. Environmental controller and ventilation equipment:
including computer controller, negative pressure fan, water curtain, guide (wind) board,
side wind window and other linkage equipment.

1. The cage is assembled and made of 275g hot-dip galvanized plate. It is easy and quick to install, corrosion-resistant, strong and stable.
2. The mesh is welded with 275g hot-dip galvanized wire or galvanized aluminum alloy wire. It has good corrosion resistance, high strength, good elasticity and long service life, at least 20 years.
3. Multiple layers can be stacked. It saves floor space and makes more efficient use of space. The breeding volume is larger under the existing area. Each layer has the same function, and can be used for brooding and feeding, saving costs.
4. The chickens have ample feeding space and grow evenly.
5. It can be equipped with the Internet of Things system to detect environmental information, and cooperate with the computer controller to control the negative pressure fan, water curtain, guide (wind) plate, side wind window and other linkage equipment to create a good living environment.
1. Each water line can be adjusted up and down to meet the different drinking water heights of chickens of different sizes in different cages; a water cup is provided under the water line to prevent water from dripping onto the manure belt, causing air pollution and making it difficult to clean up the manure.
2. The bottom net is installed on the tensioning wire, with strong bearing capacity, good elasticity and dense design.
3. The sliding cage door is simple and reliable. The cage door is wide and practical, making it more convenient to catch chickens and prevent diseases. It is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized feed trough with good load-bearing capacity and can be stepped on, making it easier to purchase and observe.
4. The feed trough adopts seamless plug-in, which makes the feeder run more smoothly, avoiding feed waste and saving costs.
5. The cage door adopts an integrated chicken blocking plate, which can be raised and lowered in proportion to the front and back, saving manpower and making the operation convenient and quick.
6. The feces at the bottom of each cage can be transported to the outside by the host computer once a day, which can reduce the pollution of indoor air by feces, save manpower and facilitate operation.
