Chicken cages are specially designed for chicks. The brooding period is reasonably designed in a cage, from one day to 7-13 weeks. This period is called the brooding period, which lays the foundation for the subsequent cage-raising stage of laying hens. The brooding period is the most critical period in the life of a chicken. During this stage, the chicks need to be carefully raised to improve the uniformity of their weight and reduce mortality. H-type (stacked) chicken cages are suitable for large closed chicken farms. It is recommended for chicken farms with more than 25,000 chickens in a single building. As a typical stacked chicken cage, H-type chicken cages are accepted by more and more breeding sites. Vertical stacked chicken cages save floor space, increase the number of chickens raised, reduce labor and management costs, and ultimately bring considerable profits to chicken farmers.

Single houses usually use cages with a length of 1200mm, a depth of 600mm, and a height of 400~420mm. They use 4-layer stacked cage equipment. The breeding capacity of a single group is 176~192 chickens, and 1155 square meters can raise 50,000~56,000 chicks.

The long axis of the chicken house should be north-south, and the air outlet should face the downwind according to the local direction. The distance between chicken houses must meet the requirements of sunlight, ventilation, fire prevention, and epidemic prevention. It is recommended to be 10-15 meters. The floor of the chicken house should be poured with concrete with a thickness of not less than 8cm. The ground should have a certain slope towards the manure ditch to facilitate timely drainage when cleaning the chicken house.

1. Brooding cage:

It is made of galvanized adjusting plate and can be raised and lowered as a whole.

The cage is standard 1.2*1.2 meters, with a partition in the middle and an encrypted bottom net.

The brooding and rearing periods can be reasonably raised in one cage.

2. Feeding trough:

Made of standard 275g hot-dip galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm.

The galvanized trough can be stepped on and operated, making it easy to observe the

status of the chickens, observe the chicken position and do epidemic prevention.

3. Feeding:

Each row of dragon houses is equipped with one feeding equipment. The equipment is

reciprocally fed by operating the control cabinet.

Each layer of the feeder is equipped with a leveler, which can adjust the amount of material.

4. Water line:

Each water line can be adjusted up and down to meet the problem of different drinking

heights for chickens of different growth sizes in different cages.

5. Lighting:

Use 48-volt LED lighting, which is waterproof and safer, and the illumination is more uniform.

6.Manure cleaning machine:

Linked with the manure cleaning belt under each cage, the equipment automatically cleans

the manure outdoors by operating the control cabinet. Can be turned on or off at the same time.

7. Environmental controller and ventilation equipment:

including computer controller, negative pressure fan, water curtain, guide (wind) board,

side wind window and other linkage equipment.
