Cage size: perfectly fitted to match the number of birds (raising density: 50kg/㎡).
Surface treatment: hot galvanized with uniform 275g zinc coating, good anti-corrosion quality.
Silo: weighing device is included for daily records offeed consumption. Pan feeding: height is
adjustable to feed chickens at different ages.
This mechanism guarantees a uniform distribution offeed over the whole system.
The lifting system of each waterer allows the chickens to drink water at the correct height.
A water supply pipe is placed in each cage and equipped with a drinker. 360° nipple water supply.
Dosers, filters and pressure gauges are supplied.
Linked with the manure cleaning belt under each cage, the equipment automatically cleans the
manage outdoors by operating the control cabinet. Can be turned on or off at the same time.

1. The cage frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the surface is galvanized at 275g/m².

Stacked broiler cage equipment can be stacked in 3 to 4 layers. The chicken house is generally designed to have a width of 16 to 18 meters and a length of 70 to 100 meters. The house design of stacked broiler cages generally adopts a closed design, and the environmental controller can be effectively used to automatically adjust the temperature, humidity, and ventilation in the chicken house.
The broilers raised in cascading broiler cages are raised in layers, so the breeding volume can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Since the caged breeding clusters do not cluster with each other, it is more convenient to manage and observe the health status of the poultry.
Feces can be processed centrally and cleaned once a day. It is controlled by the host motor, which is convenient and quick, and saves manpower.
