Material:Surface hot-dip galvanized
With fast, professional, efficient and high-quality service, breeding becomes smarter and simpler.
Brooding cage
1. A water cup is provided below the water line to prevent water from dripping into the manure belt.
2. The bottom net is installed on the tensioning wire and has great elasticity.
3. The push-in cage door is simple and reliable. The cage door is wide and practical, making it easy to catch chickens.
4. The feed trough is seamlessly connected to avoid feed waste.
5. Integrated chicken protection device, easy and quick to operate.
Advantages
1. Assembled, easy and quick installation, reduces surface galvanizing damage, strong and stable.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance and long service life, at least 20 years.
3. Each layer has the same function, and can be used for both brooding and feeding, saving costs.
4. The chickens have ample feeding space and grow evenly.
5. Large breeding volume, centralized management, saving labor costs.
6. Can be equipped with Internet of Things system to detect environmental information.
Chicken cages are specially designed for chicks. The brooding period is reasonably designed in a cage, from one day to 7-13 weeks. This period is called the brooding period, which lays the foundation for the subsequent egg-laying chicken cage stage. The brooding period is the most critical period in the life of a chicken. During this stage, the chicks need to be carefully raised to improve the uniformity of their weight and reduce mortality. The brooding cages and related supporting auxiliary equipment provided by ZUMOO can improve the growth environment of chicks and obtain ideal economic benefits.
Brooding stage:
The chicken coop is erected and the chickens eat feed from under the coop.
Cultivation stage;
When the chicken coop falls down, the chickens eat the feed in the coop.
At the same time, the chicken retaining board effectively reduced the phenomenon of chickens running away in the first week.
Feed pedal:
It engages with the inner edge of the trough, which is beneficial for chicks to eat and prevents the upper chicken manure from falling into the lower layer of the trough.
H-type (stacked) chicken cages are suitable for large closed chicken farms. It is recommended for chicken farms with more than 25,000 chickens in a single building. As a typical stacked chicken cage, H-type chicken cages are accepted by more and more breeding sites. Vertical stacked chicken cages save floor space, increase the number of chickens raised, reduce labor and management costs, and ultimately bring considerable profits to chicken farmers.
