1. Manure Cleaning System: This includes longitudinal manure cleaning, horizontal, and oblique manure cleaning. The product’s advantage is the improved installation stability of the manure cleaning host head. The stronger equipment connection ensures uniform stress distribution, extending the lifespan and enhancing aesthetics.
2. Intermediate Cage System: Excluding the main frame and cage mesh, this system uses solid and reliable materials for durability and ventilation. The main frame columns are made from 2.0mm thick, 275g hot-dip galvanized steel, providing high strength and consistency. Upgraded waterline hanging panels are also made of galvanized steel for longer service life. The K-shaped partitions between cage groups evenly distribute weight, preventing uneven stress and improving stability.
3. Feeding System: The feeding system adopts driving feeding technology. The company independently develops a leveler that reduces feed waste and enhances leveling, ensuring better feed distribution.
4. Drinking Water System: The system uses PVC40 water pipes for reliable water supply. The doser is made by French Dossier, which offers energy-saving mechanical dosing. Drainage also uses PVC40 pipes, and the system is equipped with a water shortage alarm.
5. Egg Collection System: The egg-picking system has been optimized with a larger egg-picking surface of 55 cm and a wider egg-picking channel, improving egg collection efficiency and reducing breakage.
6. Ventilation and Environmental Control: Negative pressure fans, cooling water curtains, side windows, and deflectors work in tandem with the environmental controller to create optimal conditions inside the poultry house. The environmental controller automates the ventilation system to maintain a stable and controlled environment.
7. Lighting System: The lighting system uses 48V LED bulbs, which are waterproof, safe (low voltage), and provide uniform illumination.
